Currently, Arthur is the President and CEO of Bridge Networks, a leadership training, housing and resourcing organization. He is the Vice President of the New York based Metro World Child, an organization, comprised of outreach to over 150,000 children in 5 countries and in New York City, New York. Arthur serves as the Executive Director for The Embassy, a Kingdom Ministry Training Institute and also facilitates organizational development, communications, urban development, evangelism projects, church planting and missions for churches and non-profit organizations. Arthur was formerly the Executive Director/Founder of the inner-city southwest Detroit Metropolitan World Outreach Center, the Executive Director of the Detroit urban children’s evangelism organization entitled, The Good News Gang Metro, the CEO and President of Western Storage and Warehouse, Inc., and the President of Mainstream (Suburban and Urban Youth Coalition) . As Executive Director of the Metro World Outreach Center, Arthur managed an outreach, storage, towing, bus charter group and food distribution center, which served over 185 urban and tri-county organizations located in southwest Detroit. Arthur has also served as a Director of Media and Studio Operations and a television, radio and multimedia producer for pastors, evangelists, CBN and Billy Graham. He has also co-founded two drug-rehabilitation centers in California, and served as the President of two non-profit organizations. Arthur sits on several advisory and trustee boards. He has been part of apostolic teams in planting 6 urban churches and produced leadership, evangelism and staff training seminars including, Forever Friend Making. He has also spoken regionally for Promise Keepers, in Warren, MI at General Motors, Anchor Bay Evangelistic Association and nationally for the ICPN Network of pastors. Arthur and Shari have served as Senior Pastors in Detroit, Michigan and as associate pastors in Florida, California and Michigan. Arthur has preached crusades, facilitated organization and mission development, orphanage fundraising and taught evangelism training seminars in the United States, Canada, Eastern Europe, South America, Africa, the Netherlands, Paraguay, Nicaragua and India. Arthur holds a B.A. degree in Bible from Central Bible College, and an M.A. degree in Telecommunications from Wheaton Graduate School and is an ordained minister.
Michael Krowisz has served in the ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ since 1978. Over the years, Michael has developed a strong passion to serve the Body of Christ and activate the vison and calling that is on every believer. . Michael received his undergraduate degree from University Detroit-Mercy in 1975 with a B.A. in History He has taught school and coached at the junior and senior high level. For 11 years, he worked as an adult education teacher for the Detroit Public Schools, teaching students ages 18-90 years old. Michael received his initial biblical training at the Berean School of the Bible, Springfield, Mo. He graduated with a Certificate of Bible and Doctrine in 1986. In 2016, he received his Master of Biblical Studies (MBS) from the Golden State School of Theology He joined the staff of Detroit World Outreach (DWO) in 1993 as an associate pastor. During Michael’s tenure at DWO, he has served in a variety of ministries including evangelism, discipleship and men’s ministries. He has been part of nearly 100 local state and national outreaches that produced thousands of decisions for Christ. Michael has directed discipleship for adults and Christian school students. He has been the principal teacher and writer for several of DWO ministry training programs including Masters Commission, Ministers in Training, and Ministry Development Institute. As team lead for DWO’s men’s ministry, Michael has contributed to the building of a men’s ministry training manual that is being used in other churches. Michael presently serves as principal teacher for Ministerial Life Track for the Embassy He is married to wife, Toni. He has three adult children Jonathan, David, and Jessica. Michael and Toni reside in Van Buren Township, Michigan
LaShun Franklin is a graduate of Wayne State University with a Degree in Psychology and emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. LaShun practices as a Master’s level psychotherapist and she uses a wide variety of theory-based techniques, as well as a Biblical framework in her practice. She also serves as a licensed Minister of the Gospel teaching, training and disciplining people in the Body of Christ. LaShun is happily married to Minister Ron Franklin and the mother of 3 beautiful children- Kayla, Ronald and Elisha.
For more than forty years Austin T. Kreutz has been teaching life applications from God's word. As an ordained minister he has pastored churches in Michigan and New York and teaches internationally.
Austin has spoken at conferences, college campuses, and debates concerning issues and Christian perspectives. He is well known for his ability to explain complex subjects on a level all can understand. Exposing life issues to scripture, he brings thoughtful insight and guidance through biblical solutions.
He is a graduate of Ashland Theological Seminary and was the director of Albany Area Biblical Counseling. He currently serves as the Pastor at Restoration Christian Community in Allegan Michigan.

Is a credentialed minister and is the author of Atticus, a children’s book focusing on self-esteem and inner healing, and teacher supplement Lessons From Atticus. Shari has written additional programs and seminars in fitness, Ucount, along with life discipleship for urban youth: The Challenge and JV Masters. She is an author and presenter of a deliverance course seminar changing trauma into triumph detailing deliverance from sexual abuse as a child, bitterness and forgiveness entitled “Walking in Wholeness”. Shari holds a has a B.A. degree in Family Life Education from Spring Arbor University and is also a licensed minister. Arthur and Shari have been married 42 years and have two adult children, Paul (Elizabeth), and Jessica (Timothy John) and 7 grandchildren.
Marvin Tobar is a singer-songwriter and preacher of the Word of God, whose experience lies in teaching topics that address the area of musical ministration, praise and worship in the Body of Christ. His experience in this area led him to be a Worship Pastor of one of the first Mega Churches in Guatemala City, as well as a missionary in the area of praise and worship, ministering to Churches in Central, North America and Colombia. He has taught in the biblical area of Christian educational entities, designing content for the classes as well as providing counseling and support to students and parents in family conflicts. He pastored a growing congregation on the outskirts of Guatemala City for more than a year. He served the Lord in the Sanitary Landfill Community of zone 3 by designing biblical-family development plans and sharing the gospel to the 12,000 people who live in poverty and extreme poverty in said place, as well as supporting Pastors in the area with instruction and material. of biblical support working for the Casa del Alfarero Association. He has supported Christian Education programs as well as student counseling for scholarship students from the PROVEE Christian Association in Guatemala City. He worked for the government of Guatemala, in the Ministry of Social Welfare as Chaplain of Deprivation Centers for Minors in conflict with the Penal Law, where he had the opportunity to Baptize around 100 young people who decided to give their lives to Jesus in the period of 6 months he worked for the entity. He attends to an Itinerant Ministry in the teaching of the Word and the Ministering of Praise, through which the gift of preaching has expanded in his life. He has been married to his wife María Luisa for 20 years, with whom they have their 17-year-old son Pablo Emanuel.
